What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage complex care plans for high-acuity neonatal patients
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nursing staff in decision-making and treatment planning
• Support stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care of newborns
• Engage in evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in mentorship programs, including opportunities for new graduates
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Georgia RN license and national Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
