What Youll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
- Manage complex care plans for high-acuity neonatal patients
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nursing staff in decision-making and treatment planning
- Support stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care of newborns
- Engage in evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in mentorship programs, including opportunities for new graduates
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
- Georgia RN license and national Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
