Responsibilities
Lead and manage rehab department strategy to hit growth targets and optimize outcomes.
Develop and monitor rehab pipelines to forecast demand and coordinate resources.
Direct on-site rehab program operations ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Recruit, mentor, and retain rehab staff; set performance expectations and development plans.
Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Drive revenue growth through effective program pricing, referrals, and new service lines.
Maintain regulatory and licensing compliance across all rehab operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rehab services with growth objectives.
Establish and monitor patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety metrics.
Design and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
Represent rehab department in leadership reviews and strategic planning meetings.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven leadership of rehab department with growth targets and outcomes.
Experience developing and forecasting rehab pipelines and resource planning.
On-site program operations management with compliance and quality focus.
Recruit, mentor, and retain rehab staff with performance development plans.
Data-driven performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory and licensing compliance across rehab operations.
