Responsibilities
Deliver CPT/OT CPT-certified occupational therapy services to patients on-site.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
Document clinical sessions accurately in electronic health records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Engage in performance-driven activities with clear metrics and targets.
Participate in on-site trainings to pursue professional growth.
Develop and manage a personal pipeline for patient referrals and caseload.
Provide education and guidance to patients and families on therapy goals.
Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
Adhere to time-management practices to ensure on-time service delivery.
Experience/Qualifications
Current CPT/OT CPT certification and valid occupational therapy license.
On-site clinical OT services with documentation in electronic health records.
Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
Compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards.
Regular progress assessment and plan adjustments to meet goals.
Interdisciplinary collaboration to coordinate patient care.
Pipeline development for patient referrals and caseload growth.
Engage in performance-driven activities with measurable targets.
Participate in on-site trainings for ongoing professional development.
Excellent time-management to ensure timely service delivery.
