    Description

    Position:  Periodontist Opportunity

    As a Periodontist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized dental care to our patients with gum diseases and other related conditions.

    This is an amazing opportunity to lead a referral-based practice already producing over $3.2M per year with an office team and culture that is one of the best.

    A very developed referral network for this very busy practice. 

    4 day a week work week. This will eventually lead to being the sole provider in this practice.

    Non-negotiable:

    Minimum of 7 years' experience must have worked in a true referral-based periodontics practice.

    Responsibilities:

    - Diagnose and treat gum diseases, gingivitis, and other related conditions

    - Perform periodontal procedures such as scaling and root planing, root surface debridement, and pocket reduction surgery

    - Administer local anesthesia and sedation as necessary

    - Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients

    - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures to maintain healthy gums

    - Stay up to date with the latest developments and techniques in periodontal treatment

    - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

    - Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

    Requirements:

    - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

    - Completion of a periodontal residency program

    - Valid state dental license and current CPR certification

    - Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Periodontics

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work well in a team environment

    - Strong attention to detail and time management skills
