Our client, a top tier management consulting company, is seeking a Performance Measurement Specialist to support the Custom SMA team. This role focuses on delivering accurate client performance reporting, ensuring data integrity, and supporting ongoing reporting needs during a key transition period.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly client performance reports
- Perform and validate performance calculations (returns, benchmarks, disclosures)
- Support custom SMA reporting and ad-hoc client requests
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and technical teams
- Experience in performance measurement/reporting within asset management
- Strong knowledge of performance calculations and reporting standards
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with performance systems (e.g., PMAView or similar) preferred
