About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media) to take ownership of the execution, optimization, and performance of our paid advertising campaigns.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, making adjustments, and improving results over time.
You will be working within an established funnel and offer structure. Your focus is to improve performance, scale what works, and fix what doesn’t.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $110,000 (Depending on experience)
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Execute campaigns for:
- Lead generation
- Webinar registrations
- Low-ticket offers
- Live event ticket sales
- High-ticket applications
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly with proper tracking and structure
Performance, Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on performance
- Run structured testing across audiences, creatives, copy, and offers to improve performance
- Continuously iterate based on data, identifying which variables are driving results
- Improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Scale campaigns that are working and cut what isn’t
- Develop and execute ongoing A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance over time
- Understand and adjust key levers including creative, targeting, budget allocation, and funnel performance
- Own campaign performance and key metrics across all channels
- Own performance tracking and reporting (daily/weekly), with clear breakdowns of results and insights
- Identify what is driving results, what is underperforming, and why
- Provide clear recommendations on what should be scaled, adjusted, or paused
- Communicate performance in a direct, concise, and actionable way
Funnel Support
- Work within existing funnels to improve conversion at each step
- Identify drop-offs and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to implement changes
Automation & Follow-Up
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to support campaigns and tracking
- Assist with:
- Email sequences
- SMS follow-ups
- Basic automation tied to campaigns
Creative & Copy
- Write and test ad copy
- Work with creatives and provide feedback based on performance
- Help iterate on messaging that improves results
Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns
- Deep experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience running and optimizing YouTube campaigns
- Experience managing at least $50K–$100K+/month in ad spend (or similar scale)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to improve them
- Experience with tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
- Ability to analyze data and make clear, informed decisions
Preferred Experience
- Coaching, consulting, info products, or live events
- Multi-step funnels and value ladders
- GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms
