Performance Improvement- Regulatory - LifeShare Carolinas
Where You Will Work:
LifeShare Carolinas coordinates the recovery and distribution of organs, eyes, and tissues for transplantation and medical research across Western North Carolina. Based in Charlotte, we facilitate donation in 25 counties. Additionally, LifeShare educates the public about donation and provides support for the families of our organ, eye, and tissue donors during and after donation.
Performance Improvement (PI) Regulatory: Supports day-to-day quality management and performance improvement activities. The PI Coordinator also collaborates with leadership to promote continuous regulatory survey readiness.

Must have the ability to clearly communicate verbally, in person, and in writing with patients, families, agencies and the health care team. Works in an office environment. Requires long periods of sitting and computer use.
