Our home health agency is looking for skilled and compassionate Private Duty Caregivers with HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certifications to join our dedicated team. You will provide exceptional care, ensuring clients receive the support they need in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and meal prep.
• Keep track of appointments
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to healthcare staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the client's home environment

Qualifications:

• Valid HHA or CNA certification is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
