Join the Providence ExpressCare in Pasco, Washington team as a Per Diem nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a mission-based community-focused service, the clinics provide the perfect work-life balance. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting the overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in services, which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures that providers are interested in every day. ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to communities both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. Although this position offers autonomy in practice with a single provider model supported by a MA, there is a large support structure in place with a larger team connected virtually. Included in the generous compensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive.
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and embrace the opportunities to respond to the need of the community as they arise. The Providence Clinical Network provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric and connected focus. The PCN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory care, surgical services, and imaging across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
