REQUIREMENTS Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
Current state-required credentials
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Document care provided according to facility guidelines
Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient-centered care
