Per-Diem/As needed Direct Support Professional

Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – Keene & Greater Keene Area!

Residential Resources is looking for Relief/Per Diem/As Needed Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential homes supporting adults affected by intellectual/developmental disabilities.  We support both men and women in 6 homes in the Keene/Greater Keene area.  Most of the homes support one individual, and the last one supports two people.  We are looking for as needed/relief staff who are looking to make a difference while also being able to choose your own schedule!

Direct Support Professional tasks include:

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Medication administration (training provided)
• Meal preparation
• Community engagement and outings
• Companionship

Whether you prefer a quiet home/work environment or a more active pace, we’ll work with you to find the right fit.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00

Who We’re Looking For:

• People who enjoy working in residential settings and are excited to help individuals explore their communities
• Experienced DSPs and those new to the field—we provide training and support every step of the way!

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• For scheduled (non-relief) positions: 3+ years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Must pass all required criminal and background checks
