Job Description:- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Person Model, Person of Interest (POI), Hire/Rehire processes and Fluid UI.
- PeopleTools expertise: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes.
- Experience reviewing, modifying, and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll, benefits, HR data updates).
- Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic.
- Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management, payroll, benefits, onboarding tools). Ability to assess our current configuration and recommend an implementation approach.
- Experience writing technical design documentation.
- Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model.
