PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll functional Specialist

Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting
Complete DFS security awareness training within 15 days of start

Primary Responsibilities

• Testing & UAT
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel payroll testing
• Validate payroll calculations, taxes, and deductions
• Document defects and testing results
• Review Florida PALM functional designs
• Business Process Support
• Analyze business process impacts
• Provide PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll subject matter expertise
• Develop PeopleSoft queries
• Create desk procedures, job aids, and training materials
• Support change management and knowledge transfer
• Project Management
• Identify risks and recommend solutions
• Coordinate Florida PALM transition activities
• Support conversion and cutover planning
• Assist with policy development, communications, and training
• Track project tasks and deliverables

Mandatory Skills
