Our client is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to provide infrastructure administration, architecture, upgrades, enhancements, and operational support for a large-scale PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft systems, leading upgrade initiatives, and maintaining highly available enterprise environments.

Provide administration and architectural support for PeopleSoft HCM environments.
Install, configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft applications and infrastructure.
Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades utilizing PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant.
Administer and support WebLogic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, and Oracle Database environments.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Develop technical architecture recommendations and support modernization initiatives.
Manage code migrations, patching activities, system tuning, and performance optimization efforts.
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support materials.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
Support legacy PeopleSoft applications while assisting with enhancement and modernization projects.

Required Qualifications

84 months of experience administering Oracle PeopleSoft HR/HCM 9.x environments.
84 months of experience supporting PeopleTools version 8.49 or higher.
84 months of experience performing PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and maintenance using PUM and Change Assistant.
60 months of experience administering WebLogic and Tuxedo environments.
60 months of experience supporting Oracle Database 10g or higher.
Strong experience administering Linux, Unix, and Solaris environments.
Experience with code migrations, system tuning, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting New York State, Federal, or other large government organizations.
Experience participating in enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives.
Strong documentation, process improvement, and knowledge transfer experience.
