Provide coaching and guidance to managers, navigating complex challenges while strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness
Translate workforce data into actionable insights, helping leaders make informed decisions on staffing, retention, talent planning, and organizational design
Build trusted relationships across the organization by engaging both senior leaders and frontline employees with equal credibility and presence
Lead and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with operational priorities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Relations to deliver integrated, business-focused solutions
Navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment, partnering with ER as needed while maintaining a balanced, proactive people strategy approach
What You Bring
5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner or business-facing HR roles
Experience supporting hourly workforce populations (manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar environments)
Demonstrated ability to coach managers, resolve conflict, and influence leadership decisions
Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic workforce planning
Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
Solid business acumen across operations, workforce dynamics, and organizational performance
Comfort working in a hybrid environment with flexibility to support multiple shifts when needed
Work Model & Travel
Hybrid role based in the St. Petersburg, FL area (2-3 days onsite weekly)
Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to support 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift employees
Up to 15-20% travel, including visits to manufacturing sites and team meetings (e.g., Milpitas, Thornhill)
