A-Line Staffing is hiring a People Service Specialist to support People Leaders and employees in Mexico by providing intake and escalated HR guidance, resolving service tickets, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). This is a W2 temporary role.

• $22.00/hour (W2)

• Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday , WFH Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary by business need)
• Change in onsite requirement: Starting September 18, 2026 , the role is expected to be 5 days onsite
• Estimated start: June 1, 2026
• Duration: ~29 weeks (through late December 2026)
• Travel: International travel may be required (training, meetings, global collaboration)

• Triage incoming People Service Center tickets/emails; research and resolve requests quickly and accurately
• Provide day-to-day HR support across:
  • onboarding
  • HR policies
  • total rewards
  • HR systems questions
  • cyclical people initiatives/programs
• Manage onboarding logistics, including preparing/retrieving required new-hire documents
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and tools
• Apply HR processes/policies consistently and escalate complex cases to HR COEs as needed
• Create and maintain physical/electronic employee records (secure, accurate, up to date)
• Own the Mexico pre-hire process , including initiating background checks and maintaining tracking tools
• Facilitate day-one orientation for new hires and support a best-in-class first-day experience
• Support special projects as assigned

• Experience in HR shared services / HR operations or a service-center/ticket-based HR environment
• Strong documentation skills and comfort working in HR systems/HRIS tools
• Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information with discretion
• Experience supporting international or regional HR processes (Mexico support is a plus)
