As a People & Organization Advisor, you will help shape the employees' experience and support the success of our manufacturing facility. If you're passionate about people relations, conflict resolution, and delivering effective HR services, we encourage you to apply. This is an excellent position for those who enjoy generalist environment with a large emphasis on People (Employee) Relations.
This position is located at our Grand Prairie site near Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the P&O People Relations team, you will serve as a Manufacturing People & Organization (HR) Advisor focused on People Relations and day-to-day employee and manager topics that arise. You will partner closely with the site/organization P&O Business Partners to support the day-to-day execution of people strategies while managing and resolving employee relations matters, promoting positive employee experiences, and ensuring consistent application of P&O policies. You'll also collaborate across the P&O ecosystem, site leadership and legal primarily. There will be a need to partner with Shared Services (GBS) to drive solutions and address workforce challenges.
As the site's primary contact for employee and You'll be at the center of employee relations for the site\u2014actively engaging with employees and leaders, resolving issues as they arise, and driving positive workplace outcomes. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible, and impactful, with experience operating in a unionized environment.
This position will be based in Grand Prairie, Texas. This is a 5 day per week onsite position.

The pay range for this position is $73,685 - $126,317 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
