About The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team and support hiring across multiple brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and creating great experiences. You will partner with leaders across the business, help identify and attract top talent, and play a key role in shaping the future of our teams while developing your career in Talent Acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple brands across the Americas
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including role discovery, interview planning, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Source candidates using multiple recruitment channels and online sourcing techniques
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare interview schedules, and provide supporting documentation
  • Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal and provincial employment legislation, regulations, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Support recruitment decision-making through effective candidate assessment and candidate market insights
  • Manage multiple priorities and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices, processes, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80,000 - $85,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
