People Experience Lead (PEL)

Location: 72 NEWPORT AVE, EAST PROVIDENCE, RI, 02916 NOTE: McDonalds Experience is required for this position as it entails training and developing crew and managers.Pay Range: $19-25 per hour (range based on experience and availability)JOB DESCRIPTION:The People Experience Lead is self-motivated, actively engaged with people and demonstrates care, respect, and integrity. This candidate provides supervision, audit, innovation, and oversight across all of the organization's 18 restaurants or a specific supervisor patch of 3-4 restaurants.The PEL will be expected to partner and work alongside the restaurants Supervisor, General Manager, Director of Operations, and Owner Operators. This individual executes at a high level to build a high-performing team culture while building a strong team of well-informed managers and crew who follow the proper procedures while elevating the stores profitability and sales.A PEL must have strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate peers and leadership to carry out the full range of duties and responsibilities of running a great QSC restaurant. Job Duties: Training and developing both crew and managers. Goal is to have at least 12 LTC certified managers per restaurant and 20% of crew certified through the Crew Trainer program. (approx 5-7 crew trainers) Staffing each restaurant to maximize sales and profitability based on store needs through executing best hiring practices and systems including mchire.Subject matter experts for all McDonalds graded visits including PBS, CFV, and RGR visits. Help to prepare each restaurant for the visits by conducting practice visits and workshops as needed.Facilitating and instructing McDonalds development classes including Servsafe, LTC, SIO, etc. Maximizing and achieving the stores sales and profit goals as set forth by the O/O and D/O.
