A little about the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic, national team and provide comprehensive support to their assigned portfolio.
This role will see you working on recruitment, onboarding and other administrative tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Reporting directly to one of our People Business Partners, some of your main responsibilities include:
The base salary for this position is $80,006.68 - $85,798.44 /annum (based on 1.0EFT) + super + salary packaging options up to $15.9k per year.
This is a full-time, contract position up to 30 June 2027 and is based at our Parkville office.
About you
You'll have an interest in creating and contributing to positive candidate and employee experiences and providing high quality support to your stakeholders.
You will come with general office experience, a high level of computer proficiency, knowledge of Modern Awards and understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
You will also have a keen eye for detail, an ability to juggle competing priorities and communicate simply and effectively, both verbal and written, with a diverse staff group at all levels.
