This position is ideal for senior-level people analytics professionals to join the Global People Analytics team as a People Analytics Lead, responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring data integrity, and enabling frictionless workforce insight consumption.
Role expectations
- Own significant, unique, and ambiguous problems requiring evaluation of intangibles.
- Partner with HR senior leadership on strategic analytics initiatives.
- Apply independent judgment in statistical methodologies and technology choices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior HR and business leadership.
- Build formal networks across HR, IT, Data, and Business functions.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other analytics professionals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

- Advanced experience with Power BI and analytics tools.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
