Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Application Development Engineer with strong PEGA RPA experience to join an Agile development team supporting a large-scale enterprise automation initiative. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions while collaborating with developers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact automation project with potential for long-term work beyond the initial engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade PEGA RPA solutions.
Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver application enhancements.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following established coding standards.
Perform software testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide regular status updates and work collaboratively to remove project impediments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on code quality and development best practices.
5+ years of hands-on PEGA RPA development experience (Required)
Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with software testing, production deployments, and application support
Experience with Git or Azure DevOps version control
Jira and/or Azure DevOps work management tools
Production support and troubleshooting
Enterprise application environment management
Knowledge of software architecture and programming best practices
Experience reviewing code quality and development standards
Experience collaborating with or guiding third-party development teams
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification or experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
PEGA RPA experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
