Job Title:PEGA RPA Senior Application Development Engineer

Contract Type: Contract | Through December 31, 2026 (Potential Extension)

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Work Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Competitive (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Application Development Engineer to support a large enterprise automation initiative focused on developing and enhancing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This role will work within an Agile Scrum environment to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation applications.

The ideal candidate has strong PEGA RPA experience and enjoys collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise automation solutions using PEGA RPA
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Collaborate with developers and project teams on application enhancements
  • Write, modify, test, and deploy production-ready code
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve application defects
  • Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Maintain code quality and development standards
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Employment Requirements
  • Candidate must be eligible for W-2 employment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
