Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Pega Developer for a Contract with a client in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate with experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise CRM and customer service solutions to enhance contact center operations and customer experiences.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pega Developer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega Customer Service applications and CRM solutions to support customer engagement and contact center operations.

  • Configure and customize Pega components including Case Management, Data Pages, Flows, Decision Rules, Activities, and Integration Rules.

  • Develop and support CTI integrations with contact center platforms such as Genesys to enable seamless customer interactions and agent productivity.

  • Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services, Java, SQL, and industry-standard integration patterns.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide production support while ensuring compliance with enterprise development standards.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, customer service teams, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality customer service solutions and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Pega application development, including 5+ years of experience implementing Pega Customer Service solutions.

  • Strong expertise in Pega Customer Service, Case Management, CTI integrations (Genesys preferred), Data Pages, Flows, Decision Rules, and enterprise CRM solution development.

  • Proven experience integrating Pega applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP services, Java, SQL, and cloud platforms while supporting contact center modernization and customer service transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
