Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities
As a PEGA CDH Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer decisioning solutions using the PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. The role requires strong expertise in PEGA decisioning frameworks, next-best-action strategies, and customer engagement optimization.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable PEGA CDH solutions.
  • Build and maintain customer decisioning workflows, decision tables, and predictive analytics models.
  • Design and develop reusable components, integrations, and APIs within the PEGA ecosystem.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
  • Support deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
 
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA CDH/Decisioning.
  • Strong experience in Next-Best-Action (NBA) framework, Customer Decision Hub, and PEGA Decision Strategies.
  • Experience with PEGA integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • PEGA CDH certification preferred.
  • Experience of PEGA Marketing, PEGA CRM, and PEGA Customer Service frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
