QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications 

 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older. 
  • Strong English communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. 
  • Empathetic, professional, and passionate about supporting others. 
  • Comfortable providing one-on-one session through text, voice, and video. 
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule independently. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in relationship support, emotional support, life coaching, accountability coaching, mental health support, or holistic wellness is preferred. 
  • Experience in ILCT, RBT, LGBTQ+ advocacy, Supportive Living, Social Work, Crisis Intervention, DSP, Holistic Wellness, Life/Accountability Coaching, Pastoral Counseling, 
  • Case Management, peer support, mentoring, or other people-focused roles is highly valued. 
  • Relevant education or certifications in psychology, behavioral health, coaching, peer support, or related fields are a plus, but not required. 
  • No clinical license is required for this role.

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via text, voice, and video
  • Provide emotional support, relationship guidance, and personal growth conversations. 
  • Create a respectful, supportive, and professional experience for users. 
  • Communicate with empathy, active listening, and professionalism. 
  • Follow platform policies and maintain high service quality. 
  • Manage your own availability and respond to users promptly.

LiftTalk is looking for compassionate Peer Support Specialists to provide one-on-one emotional support and guidance to users navigating relationships, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life challenges.

As an independent contractor, you'll connect with users through text, voice, and video sessions while helping them gain encouragement, accountability, and practical support. This is a fully remote opportunity with complete flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Unlike many independent coaching opportunities, LiftTalk provides access to an existing client marketplace, so you don't need to find or market to your own clients. You can focus on supporting users while our platform helps connect you with people seeking guidance. Coaches are compensated through a revenue-sharing model, with earnings based on completed client sessions and overall platform activity.
