What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as backup NICU physician on call for neonatal care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Review and interpret neonatal clinical data and diagnostics
  • Assist in acute neonatal emergencies and provide critical care
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide expert consultation to hospital staff and families

What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid medical license in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice there
  • Certification in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (preferred)
  • Prior experience in neonatal intensive care or critical care settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Experience working in hospital-based neonatal units
