What You’ll Do:
- Serve as backup NICU physician on call for neonatal care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Review and interpret neonatal clinical data and diagnostics
- Assist in acute neonatal emergencies and provide critical care
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide expert consultation to hospital staff and families
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid medical license in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice there
- Certification in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (preferred)
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care or critical care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Experience working in hospital-based neonatal units
