Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care for complex conditions, including respiratory distress syndrome, intrauterine growth restriction, jaundice, and sepsis
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusion
- Manage ventilators including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
- Support and guide families through high-stress situations with clear communication and emotional support
- Collaborate with the neonatal team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical standards and protocols
What You Need:
- Valid licensure and certifications in neonatal or pediatric care
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting, preferably with procedural skills listed
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
