- Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay & Benefits:- Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:- Provide neonatal intensive care for high-risk infants in a Level III NICU with up to 20 beds
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
- Perform NICU rounds and coordinate patient care for an average of 9-11 infants daily
- Manage inpatient and outpatient neonatal services, including a weekly outpatient clinic
- Collaborate with a full-time neonatologist and in-house support team
- Respond promptly to all on-call emergencies within 20 minutes
- Document patient care using Epic EMR system
What You Need:- Valid PA Medical License and appropriate certifications in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Experience in NICU care preferred, but recent graduates considered
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly during emergencies
