We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our practice. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality preventive and acute care in a medical home model.
Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive outpatient care including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
– Monitor growth and development and provide anticipatory guidance
– Collaborate with nursing staff, behavioral health, and subspecialists to coordinate care
– Participate in shared call schedule (minimal hospital responsibilities if applicable)
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
– Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
– MD or DO degree
– Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
– Active (or eligible for) state medical license
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Commitment to patient- and family-centered care
