Pediatric Urologist

Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Pediatric Urologist to join an established and growing urology practice serving a multi-state region. This role offers the ability to work within a collaborative team of experienced urologists and advanced practice providers, delivering specialized care to pediatric patients. The position includes access to advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems, and provides an environment that supports both clinical excellence and leadership development.
Shift / Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Call schedule: 1:5 rotation
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric urologic conditions
- Perform surgical procedures using open, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted techniques
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers
- Participate in shared call rotation
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the pediatric urology program
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Subspecialty certification in Pediatric Urology (or actively pursuing certification)
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical and leadership skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
