Job Description:

A full-time opportunity is available for a Pediatric Urologist to join an established and growing urology practice serving a multi-state region. This role offers the ability to work within a collaborative team of experienced urologists and advanced practice providers, delivering specialized care to pediatric patients. The position includes access to advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems, and provides an environment that supports both clinical excellence and leadership development.

Shift / Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Call schedule: 1:5 rotation

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric urologic conditions
  • Perform surgical procedures using open, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted techniques
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers
  • Participate in shared call rotation
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the pediatric urology program

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
  • Subspecialty certification in Pediatric Urology (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
  • DEA certification
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
