We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy clinic as a 1099 independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for a flexible schedule, supportive team environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

The Pediatric SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with a variety of communication disorders, including speech delays, articulation disorders, language delays, autism spectrum disorders, feeding challenges, and other developmental disabilities. Services are provided in a fun, family-centered outpatient setting while collaborating with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers to support each child’s progress.

Locations: Anna, TX & McKinney, TX
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible; Part-Time or Full-Time Caseload Available
Compensation: Competitive per-visit pay

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric patients.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and plans of care.
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding strategies to support carryover at home.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the child’s care.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered depending on supervision availability.
  • Pediatric experience preferred, especially with developmental delays, autism, sensory needs, and feeding disorders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
