We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy clinic as a 1099 independent contractor. The Pediatric SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with a variety of communication disorders, including speech delays, articulation disorders, language delays, autism spectrum disorders, feeding challenges, and other developmental disabilities. Services are provided in a fun, family-centered outpatient setting while collaborating with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers to support each child’s progress.

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible; Part-Time or Full-Time Caseload Available
Compensation: Competitive per-visit pay
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric patients.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and plans of care.
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding strategies to support carryover at home.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the child’s care.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered depending on supervision availability.
- Pediatric experience preferred, especially with developmental delays, autism, sensory needs, and feeding disorders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
