Are you passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential? Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric team serving the Jacksonville Beaches area.

Outpatient pediatric clinics
School-based programs
Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers
No matter the setting, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Your Role:
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients within your scope of practice.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate families on home programs and strategies to support progress.
Complete timely documentation using company-supported technology.
Requirements
Physical Therapist (PT)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
CPR certification.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
CPR certification.
