Beyond Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team in Dover, Delaware.
This part-time position offers after-school and early evening hours (approximately 3:30-6:00 PM), making it an ideal fit for therapists seeking a flexible schedule or looking to supplement a daytime caseload.
As part of our collaborative team, you'll help children build the skills they need to succeed in their daily lives - from play and fine motor development to sensory regulation and self-care routines.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support skill carryover across environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and insurance standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with Speech, Physical, and Mental Health Therapists
• Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions that make learning fun and meaningful for each child
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Delaware Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment
• Organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture
