BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a client with G-tube (Mickey Button) needs in a home setting. Schedule
- Every Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Optional PRN shifts available every Monday

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Perform and monitor G-tube feedings and care
- Assist with daily care needs
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Current TB test or chest X-ray
- Pediatric or G-tube experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
