We are recruiting Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join our team at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are recruiting for clinical positions as well as an academic leadership team for the new Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program. Our new compensation plan has an annual salary range of $403k - $462k. We are also offering starting bonuses or fellowship stipends up to $50,000. Please see below for full details.

Saint Francis Childrens Hospital - Tulsa
- Dedicated pediatric ER check in and waiting room
- Trauma Designation: Level II
- Annual Volume: 34,000
- ED Beds: 27 (16 ED beds; 2 resuscitation rooms; 3 fast track beds; 2 triage stations; close access to 4 trauma bays)
- PPH: 1.94
- Admit Rate: 19%

- Physician Coverage: 28 hours
- Physician Shifts: 7a-3p; 2p-12a; 9p-7a
- APP Coverage: 30 hours

- PICU: 20 bed staffed by Pediatric Critical Care specialists
- NICU: 58 bed Level IV with in-house neonatologist coverage

- Dedicated Pediatric RT (weekdays)

- Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program begins July 2027
Compensation
- Starting Bonus: $25k for one year full-time commitment and $50k for two year full-time W2 positions
- Fellowship Stipend: $2,000k per month available for up to 18 months
- W2: $200/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- 1099: $210/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
- QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on national, hospital-specific, and group membership measures
- Shift Buydown: opportunity for shift buydown with academic leadership roles
