Department Overview:
We’re seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join a community-embedded practice serving the Eugene/River Bend region in Western Oregon. This role is ideal for a physician who seeks to deliver high-quality clinical care, has a passion for building meaningful relationships with patients and partnering providers, and enjoys the rhythm of community-based practice—without heavy academic demands.
You’ll practice under a Clinical Associate model, with strong connections to a regional tertiary pediatric cardiology program for advanced diagnostics, interventional care, and surgery.

Function/Duties of Position:
What will you do in this position?
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric cardiology care
- Interpret transthoracic and fetal echocardiograms, ECGs, ambulatory heart rhythm monitors, and exercise tests
- Serve as a trusted cardiology resource for local pediatric and family medicine providers
- Participate in inpatient consults at River Bend Hospital in Eugene
- Work seamlessly with OHSU as the affiliated tertiary pediatric cardiology referral center with excellent interventional and surgical outcomes
- Become part of the OHSU cardiac team, with all of the modern diagnostic resources and strong multidisciplinary support
- Build long-term relationships with patients, families, and the community
- Focus on continuity, collaboration, and family-centered care
- Enjoy a balanced, sustainable workflow
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
- Passion for community-based pediatric care
