Compensation:

$75,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
  • Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
  • Mentor practicum students and RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Master’s degree (required)
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred
  • Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth
  • BCBA certification (required)
