Compensation:$75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
- Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
- Mentor practicum students and RBTs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Qualifications:- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Master’s degree (required)
- Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred
- Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth
- BCBA certification (required)
