Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Amarillo, TX (area)
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Schedule)
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (DOE)

About the Opportunity

A confidential, well-established pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team. This full-time, daytime role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, primarily those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in children’s lives while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct ABA therapy and clinical oversight for pediatric clients
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians or related clinical staff
  • Ensure services comply with BACB ethics, state regulations, and organizational standards

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Texas state licensure or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
  • Experience working with children, preferably within autism services
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
