Job Summary:

Medical City Children’s is seeking a certified acute care pediatric nurse practitioner, a certified acute care and primary care pediatric nurse practitioner, or physician assistant to join our dynamic Pediatric Critical Care team.

Qualified Candidates
  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Program
  • Experience in a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit or a comparable high-acuity setting is preferred, but not required
  • Cardiac experience preferred, but not required
  • Availability to participate in rotating weekend coverage

About Medical City Children's Hospital:

On-site there are 108 NICU beds and a 12-bed dedicated congenital heart unit with a 12-bed step down unit. Medical City Children's will complete an inpatient expansion in Spring 2026 to include a 25 bed state of the art CICU, new 12 bed Step-down along with brand new cath labs and pre-post recovery anesthesia unit dedicated specifically for pediatric patients with heart disesase. They cover a robust number of neonates with complex congenital heart disease, some adults, and no transplants.
