A little info about the job: The restaurant manager is responsible for leading department-level daily operations excellence for the assigned area of responsibility while supporting the broader operation as directed by the general manager - including the selection, development, and performance coaching of our amigos.

Essential job duties:

• Regular and reliable attendance-45 hour work week with nights and weekends
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards, and proper personal hygiene
• Able to operate the POS system and handle guest payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
• Able to operate a computer
• Resolve amigo conflict and guest complaints
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Excellent communication skills
