Here's what you'll do on the job:

• Lead all aspects of employee training, including onboarding, skills development, trainer supervision, and safety training programs
• Manage employee performance through coaching, audits, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback
• Supervise daily operations to ensure productivity goals, KPIs, and service standards are consistently achieved
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and control operational costs
• Oversee administrative and support functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of business activities
• Maintain communication with management, internal teams, and external customers to support operational success
• Monitor budgets and implement processes to control departmental spending
• Supervise inventory-related activities, including inspections, cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and dealer return resolutions
• Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment through strong leadership and continuous improvement initiatives
