What Youll Do- Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit (PCU) setting
- Monitor telemetry and vital signs; initiate IV access
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Respond to patient emergencies and escalate care as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure documentation is accurate and timely in Epic EMR system
- Float to units of similar or lower acuity as needed
What You Need- Valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and Epic EMR
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability
