o Day Shift 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT
o Night Shift 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT
Patient Ratios 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg
Type of equipment lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs
EMR - Cerner
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
2 years nursing experience
Experience working with trachs
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Previous experience with cerner

Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changes

ACLS/BLS
