Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Design Engineer to design and develop electrical components, modules, and subsystems that support complex system-level products.
  • This role involves end-to-end ownership of the design lifecycles, from requirements definition through system integration, testing, and manufacturing handoff.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical system design, circuit analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, along with exposure to FPGA and PLC programming.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical parts, modules, and subsystems for complex systems
  • Own the complete product design lifecycle, including:
    • Requirements definition and specification
    • Feasibility studies, cost estimation, and scheduling
    • Conceptual and detailed design
  • Perform engineering analyses such as:
    • Circuit and timing analysis
    • Thermal and cooling analysis
    • Electrical load calculations
    • FPGA modeling (as applicable)
  • Utilize design tools such as:
    • OrCAD, PSpice
    • FPGA development tools (Xilinx / Altera / EPLD systems)
  • Create detailed schematics, drawings, and design review presentations
  • Support prototype development, including part procurement and validation
  • Lead system integration and prototype testing
Experience:
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and development
  • Strong experience in:
    • Electrical and electronic system design
    • Circuit design and analysis
    • Hardware development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with: OrCAD, PSpice or similar tools
  • Experience with FPGA development (Xilinx / Altera)
 
Skills:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
  • Electrical/electronic system design
  • OrCAD/PSpice
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent experience related field
