PCA-Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate LNA HHA PCA s to join our team full time all shifts

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm comfortable and home-like environment.

Full Time Days 7a-3p or Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p or Nights 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting

Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Other duties as needed.

Requirements

Valid CNA HHA LNA license required. No certification No problem We will train the right person.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
