PC Technician - Service Desk

Summary

We are seeking a short-term PC Technician to provide imaging and support for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise end-user device deployments and imaging activities across both Windows and macOS environments. Key responsibilities will include device imaging and provisioning, endpoint configuration and deployment support, incident and service request management, and maintaining a positive end-user support experience.

Requirements

• Experience imaging and deploying Windows and Mac devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and device provisioning.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management and support workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced IT support environment.

This is a 1-3-month contract with our MN client.
