PC Refresh Technician

Location: Middletown, PA
Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with 30 minute unpaid lunch and no overtime
Interview: Virtual
Contract: 06/15/2026 - 12/31/2026. Historically, these roles are extended for an additional year.
Visas Accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B

Role Overview

PTC - PC Refresh Tech will support the IT-00149-01-03 PC Refresh project in a fully on-site role in Middletown, PA.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Inventory and organize IT equipment
  • Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune
  • Install software in Windows 11 environment
  • Update asset records in ServiceNow
  • Deploying assets as required
  • Assist with decommissioning old equipment
  • Resources must abide by all published IT Standards, including those at http://paturnpike.service-now.com/kb
  • Business casual attire (jeans acceptable)
  • All tools and equipment provided by PTC

Required Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Good communication and time management skills
