DescriptionWe have a need for a PC and Network Technician capable of PC configuration and troubleshooting; including Operating Systems (OS) maintenance, hardware repair and troubleshooting and software installation/configuration.You will provide on-site and telephone support for our customers, perform LAN maintenance and networking, including wiring, new user setup, backups, personnel training, and upgrade and update PC and Server software packages.Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of:Windows PC ComputersVarious PrintersNetwork wiring, switches and interface cardsA variety of software packagesEnd user supportGeneral maintenance of Servers (updates, disk space cleanup, etc)Requirements3-5 years experience in the Information Technologies industry. This is not an entry level position.Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) OR CompTIA A+/N+ certification or equivalent desired. College degree not required.Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to comfortably and effectively explain and collaborate with customers and co-workers.Professional appearance required.Dependable transportation is required.
