Summary: Responsible for accurate receipt of materials, verification of inbound shipments, ensure materials are stocked in correct locations in the warehouse and/or on the production floor, maintain accurate inventory within ERP system and the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to perform efficiently and accurately all tasks described.
  • Must be able to perform safely, accurately, and efficiently
  • Responsible for picking all the assigned parts daily.
  • Must meet picking minimum daily quota metrics.
  • Must work with Line Spider to resolve any part discrepancies including missing parts, damaged parts or parts that have not been used.
  • Can effectively identify and resolve picking issues.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy of assigned parts and weekly cycle count requirements.
  • Responsible for identification and maintenance for all new stocking locations.
  • Has a high degree of Syteline knowledge, including part and kit screens, shortage files, on-hand balances, MRP requirements, and disbursement screens, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Can communicate kit errors to BOM associates.
  • Assist with training of associates.
  • Can perform other job duties within the Warehouse, i.e., hose cutting, engine hanging, resin room handling.
  • Perform housekeeping and other work-related duties as assigned by team or group leader, this includes plant-wide orderliness and cleanliness.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving methods.
  • Initiate and respond to verbal, written, phone or email communications
  • Follow established processes to ensure timely completion of job duties.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must be able to work at heights above four feet.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
